The Civil War is American history. It is written in a fantastic way, has a good plot line and good characters, however, in this day and age the content bothered me so much I had to struggle to finish the story. This is one of my favorite books of all time. To be honest had this story been first released just recently I would have rated it one star however back in the day things were different so I can see why the story was written the way it was.

Patricia Grasso is a new author to me and one I thoughly enjoyed.


Perhaps in my next incarnation I won’t be too old, too short, or too unphotogenic. But Khalid Beg could not give up his English “wildflower”.
